Hey, I'm Josh LeGuern, a Creative Strategy leader based in Orange County, California. I've spent my career working across in-house creative departments and agencies, partnering with billion-dollar brands to make content that actually moves the needle.
Right now, I'm the Head of Creative Strategy at Calming Co, where I drive content strategy for our company and serve as the bridge between the data-driven Growth team and the creative team, basically, I help both sides speak each other's language.
Before that, I was a Creative Strategy Lead at Ready Set, working with Hims & Hers during an exciting stretch when they scaled from a 9-figure to a 10-figure brand. And prior to that, I was a Senior Creative Strategist at Common Thread Collective, where I got to work with some really fun brands like APL, Kosas, and Solo Brands.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Vanguard University of Southern California.
